This notice explains how Sri Hayagreeva Infra Developers Private Limited uses information submitted through shinfra.in when you request a construction consultation.
Information we collect
The consultation form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, plot location, project type, preferred consultation date and mode, expected start timeline, selected package, built-up area and indicative estimate. The quick WhatsApp requirement form may also ask for your construction requirement, plot size and unit. Basic technical records such as submission time and IP address may be retained for security and delivery troubleshooting when you submit the full consultation form.
How we use it
- To respond to your construction enquiry.
- To prepare an initial consultation and discuss a project-specific quotation.
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp when you have consented.
- To prevent spam, abuse and duplicate submissions.
Where the enquiry goes
The full consultation form emails the submitted details to the Sri Hayagreeva team at ssrconstructionsinfo@gmail.com. Both enquiry forms can prepare a message for you to review and send through WhatsApp to +91 98885 75575; the quick form is not stored by this website. WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to follow up, prepare a proposal, maintain project records or meet legal obligations. We do not sell consultation details. Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers only where needed to operate the enquiry process or comply with law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing follow-up. Project, contract and accounting records may need to be retained where law or an active agreement requires it.
